Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you receive access to your downloadable files, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

📥 Failed or Duplicate Purchases

đź§ľ Cancellation & Refund Policy

CHAIRCHARMS (Astory ideas) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
  • CHAIRCHARMS (Astory ideas) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The request will be entertained only after verification by the merchant.
  • If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within the same day. The team will then review the complaint and make a decision accordingly.
  • For products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • In case any refund is approved by CHAIRCHARMS (Astory ideas), it will take 16–30 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
